Founded in May 2022, Fogbow is a logistics solution provider that helps humanitarian actors deliver life-saving assistance in complex, high-risk environments. When conflict, insecurity, or systemic barriers prevent aid from reaching the most underserved populations, we step in to unlock access. Working hand in hand with on-the-ground NGOs, we provide the precision and agility required to operate where others cannot – because in today’s crises, good intentions alone are not enough.

The private sector has long been an essential but often overlooked partner in humanitarian operations, contributing specialized expertise, speed, and operational capacity. Fogbow builds on this reality by acting as an active partner for NGOs, by taking on the hardest logistical and access challenges. We operate from statehouse to warehouse to help turn decisions, funding, and authorizations into real delivery on the ground.

Fogbow’s team draws on diverse operational backgrounds, including humanitarian missions and work in high-risk environments, enabling us to deliver aid safely and effectively in the most inaccessible locations. As a private company, we prioritize efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness, and we regularly invest our own capital to demonstrate proof-of-concepts before donor funding is secured. Transparency is central to our model: every operation is supported by detailed plans, clear budgets, and outcome reporting that documents results, partner feedback, and lessons learnt.

Fogbow supports humanitarian organizations, guided by the same core principles: humanity, neutrality, impartiality, and independence. We do not take sides in conflicts or engage in political, religious, or ideological agendas. Our focus is on alleviating suffering and supporting affected populations, based on field realities and partner assessments, and on maintaining the operational freedom to mobilize rapidly when lives are at stake – in days rather than months.

Within two years of starting our humanitarian operations, Fogbow delivered more than 4,900 tons of aid (nearly 19 million meals!) to people affected by crisis. In that time, we conducted over a hundred flights, two maritime operations, and two ground operations, into environments considered too constrained or too volatile for conventional delivery models. These results reflect our ability to deliver at speed and at scale, even in the harshest operating conditions.
